So there are these people who ride bikes that have a carriage thing attached to it so we rode on a bike and squished 4 people on it and I was tryingggg to get a picture but this is all I got. so HI CLOSE UP OF MY FACE.
Yay for the weekend! Sooooo on Friday I came home from work at like 6pm and I was soooooo tired so I decided to take a nap before Jason got home. I ended up sleeping till like 8:30pm. It was really nice but I was also sad that I wasted Friday night sleeping. Oh well! When I woke up Jason and I just watched a movie and it was SO GOOD.
It's called She Made Them Do It and it's on netflix and you need to watch it right now. It's about this girl who was basically #4 on the top 50 most wanted list so OBVIOUSLY Jason and I looked up the current top 50 most wanted people and learned about who they were and why they were wanted. I wouldn't suggest it because then you realize there's at least 50 v v v v v dangerous people just waltzing around NOT BEING CAUGHT. So yeah. Watch the movie but don't give yourself nightmares looking up real life scary people.
On Saturday a friend called Jason and offered us 4 tickets to the ASU football game!! We've never been to an ASU game so of course we wanted to go! We called our friends Tanner & Kenzie and made it a double date! It was their first anniversary so we were super happy they wanted to come and we could celebrate marriage with them :) It was a really good game (I'm told...) haha let's be honest here, I know nothing about sports but I know even LESS about football.
I asked Jason a lot of dumb questions about what was going on and I most likely cheered for the wrong team at some point because whenever anyone cheered I just assumed it was my people and cheered along with them. I usually do that at sporting events so it's cool guys. So yeah it was really fun either way and Kenz and Tanner are super fun to hang out with :)
K do any of you have Periscope? I've got a whole blog post about it for later but I've been scoping lately and you're more than welcome to watch the one I did last night here my username is just candaceshiflet and I think if you follow me it tells you whenever I periscope? It's a vlog test drive I guess. I basically kept naming all my periscopes "Taylor Swift is in the room!!!" so people would click it haha also I'm 5 years old. I dunno but periscope is cool and kind of creepy at the same time!

ReplyDeleteMy sister is really big into it... she is kind of a social media queen out in LA and does a lot of "gaming" stuff... it was so weird because I was watching her and listening to her in real time and she was all the way in LA! Kind of cool, but yes, also a bit creepy.
I'm super interested in it though, because I think it could be really fun. I just don't know enough about it. Can't wait until you post more so I can learn! I will definitely follow you :)

Oh no way!! haha what are the odds?! Yeah when I periscope it's usually about nothing in particular and hope it's maybe a little entertaining to people. I've done it a handful of times and it's so weird but sort of addicting! And it's cool to see other people from all over the world in real time doing normal stuff! Awesome that you go to go to the game for free, even if you aren't interested in football, at least it's something fun to do :)!

I'm totally flooding your inbox haha It was such an interesting movie! I think the fact that it's based on a true story makes it even more interesting to me. If you lived in AZ I would make you be my sports buddy aka go to games for our husbands sake and then just hang out and be ignorant together :)
