Mexico Diaries day 3

We beached it up in the day time and hit up El Capitan in the evening for foooooood. I kind of decided that I like American Mexican food way better than actual Mexican food. There, I said it. Please sue me. Real Mexican food is just kinda plain and doesn't have much flavor to me! You see that guac up there? Well, it was a trap. 

Waiter: do you guys want guac, chips, & salsa?

us: just chips & salsa, please

***Waiter brings out guac, chips, & salsa***

we start eating the guac as we are looking over the menu and realize guac is like $7. so we ask the waiter if our guac came with it or if this was the $7 guac. He told us it was $7 and that we totally ordered it. After going back an forth of being like "ummm we didn't order it and we don't really want it cause we don't wanna pay for guac" the waiter goes "well you already ate some of it so i can't really take it back. sorry." no. long story short we weren't charged for it so all was well. and it was actually good guac so I guess it worked out! But our waiter was a sneaky little guy.

See day 1, day 2, day 4&5

Later that night we went to Wrecked at the Reef for pina coladas. (the virgin kind cause we don't drink) and Ashley and I forgot our IDs. WATR is a bar and at night time it becomes a club and you have to be 18 to get inside. and you have to prove it. Ash and I tried to convince the bouncers that we WERE over 18 but they obviously didn't believe us for a second so we had to drive home, get our IDs and come back. I put my camera on the night setting and these are the pictures we got haha they're kind of cool but let's be honest, probably the last time I decided to try a setting I'm not used to. iight, happy Monday!
