Read these words of wisdom from Tay himself:

So, my name's Taylor Moulton, and right now I'm a senior at Orem High School. I've been into filmmaking for pretty much my whole life. I bought my first camcorder when I was 10 and filmed pretty much everything I did until the camera broke.

So, you're like so good at film, what got you into it in the first place?

Kind of a long story actually, my aunt, Laurie, has worked in the film industry for years as a makeup artist, so I'd tag along to be an extra on movies she was working on.

After a few years of that, I got really involved with acting, but eventually I found my niche working behind the camera, and I've been doing it ever since.

Where do you wanna go with it in the future?

As far as a career goes.. I want to work as a cinematographer for a while, and I'd like to do editing. But my long term goal is to become a director on feature films.

How are you accomplishing that riggghhhtttttt now?

Right now I'm really involved in my schools video productions. I'm lettered in Multimedia and I was the Sterling Scholar for Computer Technology-Multimedia. A lot of people hear about my work just from word of mouth, and that alone has gotten me a few jobs in the past few months. There's no better feeling for me than getting a call or an email from someone who's seen my videos and wants me to shoot a project for them.

Also, I've done my research and I've found that the DGM dep. at UVU is where I want 

to study for the next 4 years. So that's the plan.
